The context

Modernizing a system starts with understanding its rules, dependencies, and data. Building its successor means turning that context into architecture, implementation, and acceptance criteria. Orquestra brings these stages into one workspace with AI agents, repository tools, and a history of executions.

My contribution

  • Developed the desktop workspace and agent orchestration, connecting repository context, tool use, persistent missions, and validation criteria.
  • Structured discovery, documentation, data planning, and application-factory workflows, with blueprints for modernization and new products.
  • Integrated impact mapping, independent AI review with code references, and functional comparison between legacy and modern implementations.

What was built

A desktop environment for investigating systems, coordinating implementation, and reviewing delivery. Agents support analysis and development; deterministic tools compare the same scenarios in legacy and modern systems. Execution history, diffs, and reports preserve evidence for technical review.
